ATHLETES VIEW by FRANCIE MEENAGH
Thank you for your coaching.
Thank you for the Bar B Que, it was great Craic.
I have all my medals in pride of place in my bedroom, my photos are on the wall.
I enjoy every minute of my training, it keeps me fit.
I have made many new friends also.
It gives me the chance to get out more and explore new places like Letterkenny and even made T.V my claim to fame.
It was on the whole an experience I will never forget.
Thank You.

Meet The Parents
Over its short life so far the Carrickmore Starbreakers Club has grown in numbers quite rapidly and although we aren't at the dizzy heghts of some of our colleagues we are however a caring club with each athlete an integral part of StarBreakers.
The club has a brilliant line up of volunteers, coaches and helpers but in this piece we want to "Meet The Parents & Family Members" The people behind the scenes if you like those who work and encourage the athletes 24/7 when they are not at the club. The in house Taxi drivers who make sure athletes get to the training/games and events. The in house laundry service, the supporters and most importantly the listeners.

Parents and Family members are the backbone of any athlete's progession and their involvement means more to that athlete than any coach or volunteer. If you are a family member I encourage you to be invovled as much as possible with your athlete, in training, in preparation and in their chosen sport. The reward is immeasurable.
